Warranty Policy
OUR 365 DAY SATISFACTION PROMISE
Our 365 day satisfaction promise comes with the following 2 commitments to you:
1. We guarantee you’ll love your purchase, if you’re not fully satisfied in any way, you’re welcome to return the toy(s) to us for recycling and we’ll provide a store credit equal to the amount spent on the toy for you to choose something more to your liking. Furthermore, we’d be happy to help guide your shopping experience to ensure you find something to your satisfaction.
2. We provide a warranty for the operational use of any toy purchased for a period of 365 days from your order date. This includes both potential faults as well as any damage incurred during intended use. If any toy(s) experience a fault or damage within the first 365 days we’ll either offer a store credit or full refund for the amount paid for the toy(s).

1 Year Warranty T&Cs
1. The warranty does not cover theft or loss in any way.
2. Our warranty does not apply to any liquid products or condoms.
3. To claim on your warranty you must be able to share a video of the fault with our satisfaction team and be able to return the toy for recycling (free of charge) to our USA returns address.
4. Once the fault or damage is confirmed, either by returning your toy, or sharing adequate video example of the fault or damage, a store credit or refund will be issued. Should we need to investigate the cause, we reserve the right to insist on the physical return of any toy before issuing a store credit or refund.
5. Any order using a store credit will be treated as a new order, and the 1 year warranty will resume from the new order date, regardless if the order value is zero or greater than zero.
6. In the event that the original toy is no longer available for sale, a store credit equal to the sum of the originally purchased toy will be made available to spend on any new toy of your choice. Or a refund offered.
