   I ordered this as I’ve been looking at this for months and decided to pull the trigger. I graduated PT pretty quickly but life got in the way and I slipped up on my exercises and breathing which caused a tight pelvic floor again. This tool has completely changed this. I will say I learned how to release these muscles effectively through PT which has made this product super easy to use. But you must keep up on the strengthening and proper breathing. This tool is great, I think every woman should have one, it releases tension and the trigger point on the end is perfect.

   If you need this for PE, get it!

   This does exactly what the PT suggests, helps you find the tight spots and loosen them up. It has helped my pelvic floor get into a better baseline.

   Update: Due to my issues bellow, the company reached out to me personally and set things right. This upgrades my previous 3 star review to a 5 for standing behind their product.
   
   Using for male pelvic floor dysfunction. Would recommend putting a rubber on it before use as you will not be able to wash/remove smells. It is somewhat helpful for self treatment but, I would recommend getting yourself to a Pelvic Floor specialist.

   I was able to push on / temp release a muscle anally using this. I think there may be better products (larger) that are easier to control. It works but takes time to learn what you might be hitting. Yes it works. If you are apprehensive of going in the hole, don’t be. Get some metal trainers and open it up some over a few days. Will get you used to toying around down there. Go slowly and use lots of lube

   My physical therapist, who I was seeing for pelvic floor strengthening, recommended this for a previous issue with dyspareunia (painful intercourse). I am widowed and not sexually active but the PT said that the muscle spasms that likely caused the pain could be contributing to bladder issues. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and am able to find and apply acupressure to the sore areas and I believe they are getting better. I didn’t realize I would need lubricant but picked that up at the drugstore. The wand works as it’s described, is easy to use and comes with a storage pouch. After I use it and wash it I put it in a ziplock bag first and then in the pouch. It’s a little pricey for something that probably costs less than a buck to make, but it’s worth it to get relief.

   New from original review: Product Design, Shape, Size are Great for Self-Stimulation and Use. Seller is Very Responsive and Helpful. This device is good for self-stimulation and I’d assume with a partner too. Originally, I received an unsealed product box with no tape or delivery bag or box. When I grabbed it the box slid off to reveal the product on my porch. Also, some of the inside paperwork was missing so it must’ve been opened. The seller responded very quickly and offered to provide a refund or replacement. They said they do not ship products like that. The replacement was shipped in a fully-sealed product box and a delivery package. I am glad I took the replacement. It’s a simple, good tool and works as I had hoped it would. I would purchase again and would buy similar products from them as well.

   I am an occupational therapist and work with the spinal cord injury population. It is often difficult for patients to be able to safely reach to perform their own digital stimulation for a bowel movement while seated on a commode or in bed, but this is so helpful! The angle is much better than other dig stim devices on the market. For one patient, we did have to do a modification and put a stopper on the end to prevent it from going too far and causing irritation, particularly due to user having decreased sensation. I am not sure if this would consistently be a necessity or if it was a one time need.
   
   Thank you for this product, intimate rose! It’s benefits allow more independence than you may have ever imagined!

   The thera-wand arrived timely and well packaged. In the box, the wand was accompanied by a velveteen bag for safe and discreet storage between use.
   After months of serious, debilitating pelvic pain I was prescribed physical therapy which I performed diligently. The prescribed exercises didn’t help and actually seemed to increase the pain when standing or walking.
   The male therapists assigned to me ultimately recommended a female pelvic special therapist. I agreed. She was a miracle worker and I felt immediate relief with her manipulation of tiny pelvic muscles. At the second visit, she recommended the wand suggesting I could do self-therapy with it. I can now provide my own therapy with this miracle wand. It has restored me to baseline activity.
   I am a retired Rehab Nurse of 20+ years. I had never heard of internal therapy or worked with these muscles. For any woman with pelvic pain (including before, during, after pregnancy), I strongly encourage you to investigate a referral to such a specialist.
   It gave me back my life.

   My pelvic floor therapist wanted me to get one of these and she told me that this one would be a little harder because the rigidity of the wand makes it hard to go around your legs....for me ....a abled body person it would be okay, but for someone who has less movement in their legs this would be a hard one and you'd be better off going to one of the actual sites for pelvic floor wands that are specifically only for that. This shape works for me and it was a cheaper way to get a wand for my therapy. It can still provide the therapy and all the spots but it is much harder when it comes to the areas where you have to move your legs because of the shape of this wand.

   Incredible design. Exactly the way I had invisioned and would have made one years ago. Being a male it was perfect shape that is elongated and narrow so as not to have orifice discomfort, ease of entry into anal and rectum.
   Perfectly contoured to cradle anterior side of prostate thus pelvic muscles.
   Angle design is ergonomically shaped as to not cramp your hand. Can be left in position that feels best or can be worked easily.
   It's simply perfect angle when used from the front as I do. It's easily held perfectly and length is ideal. You can use just the tip to dab the sphincter up to the perineum and move it all around and then slips perfectly into orifice
   With little effort or invasion. Just dab the long narrow end with water based ky and that's it. Just enough and more length gets the job done comfortably and eroticly.
   A must for the male who wants to experience anal and prostate stimulation for first time.

   I have purchased items ranging from electric/buzzing to large silicone life sized models YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT? This one is great because it doesn't even need electricity but still feels so good. I will say it is a little hard to keep in place if you're not using your hands. I took a star off for size as well, I wish it were just a teeny bit um girthier?

   I wish I had bought this sooner. I have been dealing with pelvic floor issues since the 3rd trimester of my last pregnancy. I thought once baby was born things would improve but it got worse. I went to PT and was told that our pelvic floor is maade of posterior and anterior muscles. My anterior muscles were a little weak but the posterior ones were tight. PT with a new baby was hard to manage and after a few sessions I stopped going. Some days I could barely walk due to the pain of my right hip, buttock and lower back. Chiropractor wasn't helping much so I got this in hopes of mimicking what the physical therapist did for internal manipulation. It works! I can hit the deep posterior muscles when they are tight and spasming and get instant relief. It also made me more aware of the trouble muscles and how I contribute to the problem with the way I stand, sit and walk. If you are suffering with hyperactive pelvic floor just get this!

   I've been having issues with tightness in the pelvis and bladder pain that is not an infection, that comes and goes randomly. I got this pelvic wand on a whim of desperation. I never knew these things existed. I have to say the first time I tried it, it was very painful, that's how tight I was. I also learned later on I was using it incorrectly. I think it's important before you start to get good and proper instruction on using it. I do not have a therapist. It would have been nice but I don't have one. I watched a good YouTube video on how to use it. I had been placing it inside myself way too far and was doing too much poking around. That's not how you use it. It's a sweeping motion on the pelvic floor. I've since used it correctly and now I understand what it is doing and how it's to be used. I'm not sure if it will help my bladder but the rest of the pain is starting to go away and I hopeful it will completely go away. The only thing I question is what is this product made of? It has a vanilla odor and I'm not sure that is a good thing to have inside you.
