The tongue was also pretty funny when you first examine it, but the overall texture inside the toy is great. The tongue lifts up and resembles the qualities of an actual mouth. The throat was interesting to see. If you hold the mouth open like holding a fish by it's bottom lip, you can see they really tried to incorporate accurate aspects of a throat.
Throughout the toy, it does have ridges/bumps for extra sensation. I liked that some parts were tighter. If you don't notice while using it on your dong, you'll notice when you clean your toy and use your fingers to get inside. If you still don't notice, you're probably using toys more than the average person.
Cleaning is easy. I personally like that the mouth and vagina is just one hole. I don't have to try flipping the toy inside out for a thorough clean, and it's easy to run soap and water through. The booty hole doesn't connect, though. You'll have to clean that hole by using your finger and running water.
The overall length of the toy could be longer, but it makes up for an easier clean. I'd say it's between a fleshlight quickshot and your typical sleeve toy. I typically don't worry about pulling out if I know I can clean my toys easily. This toy, I don't need to think of a pulling out, but I can just push my dong through and nut so I don't have to deal with my almond cream inside the toy.
The girth of the toy feel more of a handful since the sleeve has no structure. It's not supported by an inner rod, or a case, and the silicone is very soft, so it kinda just wobbles around like limp d. I like the extra girth, though. It has more squeeze and bounce to it compared to a typical smaller toy.
